ABOUT ME

From a young age, I felt a profound sense of purpose: to help others. At 17, driven by this vocation, I began my studies in bioengineering, at Moscow State University. My scientific journey allowed me to contribute to innovative oncology research in renowned laboratories across Moscow, Paris, and Zurich. Life, however, is rarely linear. In a significant personal turning point, I moved to Zurich permanently, embarking on a corporate career. By the age of 26, I had ascended to the role of Team Lead, navigating through leadership and responsibilities. Yet, amidst personal challenges, including a divorce, I felt a desire to pursue my purpose in a more profound way. This realization directed me to the transformative field of coaching. I received formal education by Erickson solution-focused coaching and about to earn my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certificate in February 2025. The highest reward in my work stems from witnessing the spark of inspiration in my clients’ eyes and the determination to take the first steps towards their aspirations.
